No customer services skills at all. Had to email twice before I got a response. Receptionist was unbelievable unfriendly. Left for 1.5 hours in the waiting area with no update. Extremely poor.

Contact was generally good as I was kept informed on progress. However, I didn't expect to have to return my car within 10 minutes of leaving the premises due to a new clunking noise which resulted in the drive shaft bolt requiring attention.

Work taking longer than expected as tyres were not delivered on time. Recognise this was because the delivery van had broken down. Grateful courtesy car provided for inconvenience. Car hadn't been vacuumed on pick up even though had requested this.

Car had to be kept overnight an was told would be ready at 10 the next day then was given no update the following day until it was ready at 3pm, but staff was friendly and willing to help.

Vehicle into Lookers Bmw Stafford. Andrea booked vehicle in and out was very polite. Upon collection 3x bolts missing/damage to air intake by male mechanic. A mechanic called Merry, replaced 2x bolts & temporary repaired air intake, this took a while

Very unhappy with my experience at Lookers Stafford. No communication, had to constantly chase. Never called back when promised. No resolution after holding the car for 3 days. I just asked for it back in the end. I had no faith they could resolve.

I have been to the servicemtwice since I bought the new car in November. The car is great but the service is not. The car was sent out with a duff battery and had to come back to have it changed.I could go on but I dont have enough charactors left
